7 days a week 8am to 5pm
Inspections 11am to 2pm – 7 days.
For the peace and comfort of our guests these hours are strictly adhered to.
We are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday. We of course still have guests at these times.
Fees and Payment
Fees are calculated on a daily rate. You are charged for the day of admittance. Day of discharge is only charged if pick up is after 12 noon.
A non refundable deposit is required over school holidays, Easter, Christmas and Long Weekends. This will confirm your booking and avoid disappointment over these popular times.
Minimum Charges:
General minimum charge: 2 days
Long Weekends: 3days
Easter: 5 days
Christmas: 7days

Pick Up and Delivery
Pick up and delivery is available for a reasonable rate. The fee depends on the location for delivery and pick up. Call us for more details.
Airport pick up and collection is also available to meet any flight.
Vaccination Requirements
For the health and safety of your pets, all cats and dogs must be fully vaccinated.
Minimum Vaccination Requirments:
Dogs: C5 (must include Canine Cough)
Cats: F3
Pets must be vaccinated at least 14 days prior to entering for boarding. Proof of vaccination must be sighted by kennel staff prior to acceptance for boarding.
