dog8We are open 7 days per week, strictly between 8am and 5pm.

Inspections are welcome 7 days per week, between 11am and 2pm. No appointment is necessary (We advise that due to insurance restrictions no children under 16 years of age or animals themselves will be allowed to attend kennel viewings). Inspections are not available during long weekends or holiday periods as we are busy attending to the needs of the pets in our care, they take absolute priority.

We recommend if you wish to view the kennels you do so before commencement of your booking as we prefer you say goodbye to your pets at reception when dropping off, as it makes for a smoother transition and is generally a lot better for your pets.

For the peace and comfort of our guests these hours are STRICTLY adhered to.

Fees

Please contact us for current charges.

Fees are calculated on a nightly rate.

You will be charged for the day of admittance regardless of drop off time.

On the day of discharge if collection is BEFORE 12 noon you will not be charged for that day (comparative to a hotel).

If collection is AFTER 12 noon that day’s fee WILL be charged.

The following pertain to our holiday periods and weekends

Weekends and public holidays

There is now a surcharge applicable for Saturday's, Sunday's and Public Holidays.

Long weekends

A minimum 3-day charge applies for long weekends.

A deposit is required for this period.

Christmas

A minimum 10-day charge applies for the Christmas holiday period.

We are closed Christmas Day and New Years Day.

A deposit is required for this period.

Easter

A minimum 5-day charge applies for the Easter holiday period.

We are closed Good Friday through to Easter Monday, and re-open at 12 noon on that day.

A deposit is required for this period.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DAYS BOOKED OVER HOLIDAY PERIODS ARE DAYS CHARGED.

A non-refundable deposit is required over school holidays, Easter, Christmas and long weekends, this will confirm your booking and avoid disappointment over these popular periods.

In the event of a cancellation made more than 14 days prior to your booking commencing, your deposit will be transferred to your next booking (to be used within 6 months).
